MEASUREMENT GUIDE

How to Measure?

Chest

With your arms at your sides, measure the full circumference around the widest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist

Wrap the tape around your natural waistline (just above the navel) without tightening it.

Hip

With your feet together, measure the full circumference around the widest part of your hips.

Head Circumference

Measure your head circumference by passing the tape just above your eyebrows and over your ears.

Foot Length

Stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and longest toe, then measure the distance between the two points in cm.

06

Height

Measure your height without shoes, back against the wall and heels together.
