All the information you enter to become a member of our store will not be shared by Moose Mood with any third-party companies or individuals.
From time to time, our store may send customers and members information about campaigns, new products and promotions. Members can choose whether or not to receive such information when signing up, and can change this choice at any time afterwards in the account details section after signing in.
Only you can access and change the information you provide when signing up. As long as you keep your sign-in details secure, no one else can access or change your information. To this end, all membership transactions take place within a 256-bit SSL secure environment, an international encryption standard.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We put the security of cardholders shopping on our site first. Your credit card details are never stored in our systems.
When you proceed to payment, there are two things to look out for to make sure you're on a secure site. One of them is the key or padlock icon in your browser, which shows that you are on a secure web page and that all your information is encrypted and protected. This information is used only for the sales transaction and in line with your instructions. Card details used during checkout are encrypted with the 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol by our payment infrastructure, independently of our store, and sent to the relevant bank for verification. Once the card is approved, the purchase continues. Because no card information can be viewed or stored by us, third parties are prevented from obtaining it under any circumstances.
For orders placed online by credit card, the reliability of payment, billing and delivery address details is checked by us against credit card fraud. For this reason, for customers ordering from our site for the first time, their financial and address/phone details must first be verified before the order can move on to fulfilment and delivery. Where necessary, we may contact the cardholder or the relevant bank to check this information.
Online stores that have a helpline or customer service team and clearly state their address and phone number are increasingly preferred today. This way you can get detailed answers to any questions you have and form a sounder view of the reliability of the company providing the online shopping service.
