Who We Are

A brand that proves its products in the field

Moose Mood makes technical clothing that works just as well on the mountain as in the city. Every collection is tested — from fabric selection down to seam allowance — and tried in real weather before it goes out into the world.

We're a small team that makes decisions quickly. Here, an idea doesn't wait on long approval chains to become a product; you take ownership and see the work through.

We're looking for people who are curious about product and at home in nature. Experience matters — but the drive to own the work matters more.

Field testing

Several times a year the whole team heads out to camp and tests the products on ourselves. The feedback goes straight into the next collection.

Flexible working

We combine office and remote work. We come together where the work calls for it; the rest of the time, results count, not hours.

Development budget

An annual budget for training, certifications and conferences. All we ask is that you share what you learn with the team.

Flat structure

No long approval chains. You talk your idea through directly with the person who owns it and understand the reasoning behind every decision.
