This form sets out the information you need before placing an order, as required by Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The product, price, delivery and address details of your own order are shown in the order-specific version of this form on the payment page. By confirming your order, you confirm that you have read this information.

2. Key Characteristics of the Products
The materials, technical features, fit, care instructions and size information for each product are given on its product page. The name, colour, size and quantity of the products you order are shown in the order summary on the payment page.
3. Price, Delivery Fee and Payment
Product prices are shown in Turkish lira and include all taxes. The delivery fee is calculated on the payment page according to the order value and any current campaigns, and is added to the order total as a separate line. The total amount you will pay is shown clearly on the payment page before you confirm the order.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer (Havale/EFT). Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once the payment reaches our account. If payment is not made within the period stated on the payment page, the order may be cancelled. Instalment options and interest depend on the bank that issued your card.
Prices shown on the website are valid until they are updated, and campaign prices are valid for the duration of the campaign. Your order is processed at the price in effect when you confirm it.
4. Delivery
Orders are usually handed to the courier within 1-3 business days of payment approval and are usually delivered within 1-4 business days across Türkiye. Delivery is made to the address given in your order through our contracted courier. Under no circumstances will delivery take longer than 30 days from the date we receive your order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may also exercise this right before delivery.
You can give notice of withdrawal under My Account > My Orders, by emailing siparis@moosemood.com, or by using the withdrawal form annexed to the Distance Sales Agreement. Within 10 days of your notice, you send the product back free of charge with our contracted courier and return code. We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your notice at the latest, using a method that matches the one you paid with. If you withdraw from the entire order, the delivery fee is refunded as well.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made specially for you, or to items such as underwear and swimwear whose hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened. Full details are given in the Distance Sales Agreement.
6. Defective Products
If a product turns out to be defective, you may choose, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, to withdraw from the agreement, obtain a price reduction, have the product repaired free of charge, or have it replaced with a defect-free equivalent. The costs of these remedies are borne by us. Claims become time-barred two years after delivery.
7. Complaints and Disputes
You can send complaints to siparis@moosemood.com. For disputes, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Disputes above those limits fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer courts. Mediation is required before a case can be filed with a consumer court. Applications to arbitration committees can also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) on e-Devlet.
8. Record of the Agreement
The Distance Sales Agreement is formed when you confirm your order. The order confirmation email contains the order summary together with the texts of the agreement and this form. We recommend keeping that email. Electronic records of the agreement and of this form are kept for three years.
